How It Works
Fuel Lock is supported by a convenient mobile app and desktop dashboard, with a proven track record among agricultural producers, business owners and municipalities who benefit from secure onsite fuel, employee usage monitoring and equipment-specific fuel consumption tracking. Available through a local network of dealers and resellers, Fuel Lock is available in two models – Fuel Lock Personal and Fuel Lock Business.
Key features of the Fuel Lock system include multi-user capabilities, equipment tracking, odometer tracking, automatic fuel pump locking timer, fuel fill limits, and the ability to control two types of fuel. The Fuel Lock platform allows customers to use either a mobile device application or the website desktop dashboard, create custom messaging alerts, receive daily/weekly/monthly usage reports, control lockout parameters, and receive enclosure tamper alerts.

About Fuel Lock
The story of Fuel Lock begins with founder Landon Fahlman who was helping his father install bulk fuel tanks on the family farm. The need was to provide employees access to fuel without using an inefficient padlock and chain system. Starting with an idea around a keypad and PIN device, the solution quickly evolved. Today Fuel Lock uses modern technology to communicate real-time data over cellular networks, creating access for employees and providing instant fuel tank insights.
The goal is to help our customers make effective decisions, eliminate waste, reduce risk, and maximize returns. Fuel Lock is constantly evolving and improving thanks to the input and ideas from our dealers and customers.
